Where am I?

Fireplaces & Campfires

With the warmth from a natural gas campfire or fireplace, you.ll enjoy your deck or patio on chilly spring afternoons, crisp fall days, or occasionally cool summer nights.

No Fuss, No Mess, No Smoke
Natural gas campfires are easy to start.  A one-time setup and connection to your home.s gas line means you can have the comfort of an outdoor campfire with the simple turn of a knob.  There.s no chopping and hauling firewood.  When you.re done, just turn it off and forget about messy ash clean up.  Standard-feature protective covers guard against the elements and make campfires even easier to maintain.

A natural gas campfire or outdoor fireplace can go anywhere you can connect to a natural gas source, like a patio, or even a wood deck.  The controlled flame is safe and won.t kick out sparks; you won.t be using precious forest resources either, or polluting the air the way a wood burning fire does.

Create Your Own Look
Dealers offer not only a variety of stainless steel burner systems in several sizes and Btu outputs, but also several different, attractive, ceramic fiber logs.  Build your own decorative campfire surround using rock, brick, or stone, or choose from fabricated surrounds or exclusively designed outdoor enclosures.  You can even have a built-in outdoor fireplace.

Considerations:

  1. Location:  Where do you intend to place your outdoor fireplace or campfire?  How large an area is that?  On what type of surface will it sit?
  2. Styles and Construction:  Outdoor fireplace and campfire styles are endless.  Choose from full-size built-in fireplaces, the charm of chimeneas, the rustic feel of campfires or firepits, or table-top models for smaller backyards.
  3. Log Types and Options:  Logs are crafted to simulate the look of real wood and are available in a variety of wood types.  Many are split and charred for added realism.  Some outdoor fireplace and campfire models come complete with logs and wood chips; others let you create your own look.  Additional outdoor fireplace and campfire options include remote control, wall mounted on/off switches, safety screens and grilling capabilities.
  4. Surrounds:  Build your own campfire surround or choose from prefabricated surrounds, such as small cast iron bases to use in a smaller backyard.
  5. Burners:  High-input burners made of ceramic or stainless steel provide instant heat to the surrounding area.  Models with variable flame control allow you to adjust your fire and turn it on and off in an instant.
  6. Ignition:  Electronic ignitions enable an easy, instant start with the push of a button or turn of a knob.  Smaller models may have a manual ignition.  Some models have safety shut-off valves and automatic re-ignite, that will re-light if the wind should blow the flame out.
  7. Maintenance:  If you have a built-in fireplace or campfire permanently installed to your gas line, consider using a fireplace cover to protect it from the elements.
